HP Mini-Note 2133 Will See Update in 2009

There's been a lot of discussion around the HP Mini 1000 over the past couple of days, but the introduction of the Mini 1000 has caused some confusion over the fate of the HP Mini Note 2133. Earlier this week, several people pointed out that the Mini Note 2133 is selling for as low as $299 on Amazon.com, signalling the immenent release of a replacement.

AT&T Offers Free WiFi for iPhone 3G Users at Starbucks….Finally

AT&T's iPhone 3G customers can finally get free WiFi at Starbucks and other AT&T hotspots. AT&T's 3G service is spotty (to say the least), which is especially frustrating for those of us spending $30 a month for the service. Free WiFi is the least AT&T can do for forcing so many iPhone 3G users suffer on the EDGE network.

Lenovo Annoucnes IdeaPad S10e: Netbook for the Classroom

Lenovo announced is an education version of the IdeaPad S10, dubbed the S10e. The S10e come is completely wrapped in a gray finish. The IdeaPad S10e has a feature called QuickStart to give students access to a web browser, email, video chat, photo viewer and audio player without having to fully boot the system.

Dell Inspiron Mini 12 Netbook Announced

Dell introduced the Inspiron Mini 12 netbook today. The Mini 12, is very similar in appearance to it's little brother, the Dell Mini 9. The Mini 12 of has a larger keyboard, and of course a larger 12-inch display, compared to the Mini 9's 8.9-inch display.
