If you live in the UK you can get a free Dell Mini, Eee PC 900, HP dv6910 or HP Mini Note 2133 with mobile broadband suscriptions starting at £25.

Broadband Expert is offering several mobile broadband with free laptop packages that range from £25to £55. Broadband service is provided by T-mobile, 3, Vodafone and Orange.

Free computers with Internet service is relatively common in the UK and Europe, but read the terms of the deals closely. For example, the Dell Inspiron Mini plan from Vodafone costs £25 per month, but users are limited to just 1GB of data transfer per month. It’s very easy to blow through 1GB of data in a month and rack up overage charges.
