picture-51A lot of iPhone 3G owners have been complaining that they'd have to pay $200 more than new or "eligible" customers if they wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 3G S, but AT&T has reduced the upgrade price for many customers. Starting today, iPhone 3G subscribers who would have been eligible for an upgrade in July, August or September can buy an iPhone 3G S for $199 (16GB) or $299 (32GB).
