Ann Finnie from HP sent over a new promo video for the HP Mini 1000. I really like these brief ads that Adcetera ( a Houston, TX ad agency) puts together for HP. They are always very concise and communicate a few benefits of HP’s products in layman’s terms.
In the video, HP calls the Mini 1000 a “mobile companion” and makes it clear that this device is geared towards a few specific tasks. I think this is the kind of promotion more netbook manufacturers and retailers need to do. I’ve seen too many promotions that try to promote netbooks as “powerful” or “perfect for multimedia.”
