Sometimes the customer is wrong, really wrong. Some idiot can’t figure out how to turn off his mommy’s notebook and takes his aggressions out on a VERY patient Dell rep. Many notebook manufacturers take a lot of flack for slow customer service, but this is a good example of what the guys on the other side of those 800-numbers have to put up with.
