Apple CEO Steve Jobs and WSJ's Walt Mossberg chatted about the upcoming iPhone launch, Apple's computers and iTunes Plus today. Jobs says the iPhone is "Internet in your pocket for the first time." He points to iTune's many successes, including more than 300 million installs of the music application. 
Apple's launched iTunes Plusâ€â€ÂÂDRM-free music tracks featuring high quality 256 kbps AAC encoding- for $1.29 per song. iTunes Plus is launching with EMI’s digital catalog of recordings, including singles and albums from Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, Norah Jones, Frank Sinatra, Joss Stone and Pink Floyd. 
Palm, Inc. announced the Palm Foleo, a device that's designed to be a companion to Treos and other smartphones. The Palm Foleo has a 10-inch screen and full sized keyboard, but does not have all the functionality of a notebook computer. Palm hopes business people will leave their notebooks at home in favor of a Foleo/Treo combo. 
enovo's 12.1-inch 3000 V200 notebooks with Intel's Santa Rosa technology are now available. Based on Intel's Santa Rosa platform, the V200 starts at $1,199 with an Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 1.8GHz processor, dual-layer DVD burner, 1GB of memory and 160GB hard drive. 
Google Maps has a new feature called "Street View" that lets users browse cities from the perspective of a vehicle driving about town. The service captures storefronts, residences and roadways to help users visualize their destinations.

Matrox Graphics announced that its DualHead2Go Digital Edition multi-display upgrade device is now shipping.
