Justine got a surprise in the mail from AT&T- a 300 page bill. The monster bill isn’t as scary as it sounds since her 30,000 or so text messages were included her unlimited plan.
AT&T details every data connection, SMS and phone call on its customers’ bills can get quite lengthy. My iPhone bill was only 43 pages long, most of the pages were completely useless since they just indicated when I connected and how much data I sent/received and don’t detail what sites I visited.
I’m sure there’s some legal reason for the bills, but I sure wish AT&T would put some effort into saving some trees by asking customers if they would like to receive their first bill electronically when activating their iPhones.
