Intel will start selling a mobile version of the Core 2 Extreme processor for high-end gaming notebooks sometime during the third quarter of this year. Intel’s Sean Maloney announced the new chip at Computex in Taipei.
The upcoming chip is targeted to be the companyÃƒÆ’Ã‚¢Ãƒ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ãƒ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s highest-performing mobile dual-core processor that
still includes energy-saving power features for notebook-friendly designs. The Intel Core 2 Extreme processors for notebooks will be paired with NVIDIA’s SLI graphics.
