We’re live at CES and will be posting lots of product news this week. There are lots of new notebooks being announced this week, as well as literally thousands of other products. I just went to the first press preview and there will be lots of good, bad and ugly products to talk about.My favorite product so far is the Asus XG station, an external graphics card and media dock that seriously kicks up your notebook’s graphics. My least favorite is Hanspree’s 42-inch LCD encased in a giant toy Firetruck. WTF? I asked a Hanspree rep if it’s meant for the living room or for a spoiled kid’s room. He said it’s definitely too expensive to throw in a kid’s room. And I doubt any self-respecting adult would put this thing in their living room. Besides, the wheels don’t even work and it’s about 20-inches deep. More to come.
