Flybook VM Notebook Raises its Head

Flybook VM

The Flybook VM looks like any other compact notebook, except it’s got a telescoping hinge that raises the display to a comfortable viewing angle. The Flybook VM features a sleek design normally reserved for those concept notebooks that never seem to make it to market. Available in Silver, Gold, Red and Black, the 12.1-inch Flybook VM weighs 3.6-pounds and features an Intel Core Duo low voltage processor, up to 80GB drive and 1GB of RAM. A webcam is built in for video conferencing, and thanks to the Flybook VM’s unique design, you can avoid those embarrassing up-your-nostril shots. The Flybook is available in $2,899 and $3,399 trims, but neither comes with a DVD burner.
