Walt Mossberg The Wall Street Journal's personal technology guru offers some tips for notebook shopping. Walt Mossberg thinks that right now might not be the best time for buying a notebook and suggests users wait for Solid State Drives (SSDs) and Vista Sideshow to become widely available.
