Art-inspired notebook designs are becoming more popular as consumers view their gadgets as truly personal. AMD, HP, and MTV reached out to the community and asked them for their art-inspired designs and received almost 17,000 entries. I grabbed on video the top designs from 4 different continents. I wish I were this creative.

I showed my 6 year old girl this and she said “I want one”! So funny. I don’t like that kind of stuff but she LOVES it.

I’d buy the black and red one from India. The one that won looks weak. Waz up with the giant HP logo on these?

The logo does look bigger than most Pavilions, but keep in mind what you’re seeing in Pat’s video are current-generation HP notebooks with giant stickers on them. Once they go to production, the Engine Room special edition notebooks will have the images imprinted and the HP logo will either be metallic or light up.

  13. Xavier, thanks for the clarification. One clarification I will make is that even the notebooks the stickers are on will change to HP’s new mechanical design.
