Dell officially launched the Latitude XT Tablet PC, its first foray into tablet computing. The Latitude XT has a 12.1-inch touchscreen display and is tailored for mobile professionals. The Latitude XT can be configured with a 64GB solid state drive and an extended battery that provides up to 9.5 hours of runtime. 
Best Buy will begin selling Dell Inspiron and XPS notebooks at more than 900 U.S. stores over the next few weeks. It's about time Dell established a serious retail presence, but the timing is really off. It would have been great for Dell and shoppers to have these notebooks on display for the entire holiday season. 
Dell's teamed up with Blizzard to build two special edition World of Warcraft notebooks. Both the Horde and Alliance WoW make the perfect Christmas gift for anyone that's really into the game. They feature custom designs and beefier specs than standard XPS M1730s. The Dell World of Warcraft notebooks come with a ton of goodies including a WoW backpack, Blizzard Beta Club Card and a figurine of your WoW character. 
American Express is selling 100 Dell XPS M1330 notebooks for just $900 today as part of its My Wishlist promotion. The XPS M1330 is probably the best laptop you can get for $900 this Christmas season. 
The Dell XPS M153o is the latest update to the company's high-performance notebook line. The XPS M1530 is built of magnesium alloy and aluminum, giving it a high-class appearance at a reasonable $999 entry price. Available in a black, red and white, the XPSM1530 can be loaded with a Blu-Ray disc burner and a solid state drive. 
Dell's getting ready to refresh part of the Inspiron line. The Inspiron 1525 (Intel) will replace the Inspiron 1520, while the Inspiron 1526 (AMD) will replace the Inspiron 1521. Thee 1524 will have an optoinal Blu-ray disc reader.

Dell's hired Brooke Burke, Chuck Liddell, Vivica Fox, Ice T, Estelle Harris and Burt Reynolds to help pitch your holiday wish for a new computer. American Express is getting ready to kick off it's 'My Wishlist' holday promotion and will sell the Dell XPS M1330 notebook for $900. The American Express 'My Wishlist' is an annual promo that lets AMEX cardholders 'buy' a very limited number of items for 25% to 100% off. 
Michael Dell demoed the new Latitude XT Tablet at Oracle's OpenWorld conference today. The Dell Latitude XT is the thinnest 12.1-inch convertible notebook and has a multi-touch display. 
Dell's introduced the Precision M2300 notebook, the company's first 14-inch widescreen workstation. It's is a professional-grade notebook with fast components, including an optional solid state drive. Designed for balanced mobility, the 14-inch form factor is great for professionals who need power in a small package. 
Staples will start selling Dell notebooks online and in its 1,400 stores in time for the holidays. The Dell Inspiron 1521 and Inspiron 1721 will be the first to hit Staple's shelves. Staples will also sell Dell desktops, printers and monitors starting November. 
Dell's new XPS M1730 is now available on Dell's XPS shopping page. The XPS M1730 is 17-inch high-performance gaming notebook that's sure to impress power hungry gamers, but for now it's only available in a single configuration for $2,999. Beefier versions of the XPS M1730, and build-to-order options should be available soon. 
Dell's having a difficult time keeping customers happy, with what appears to be near endless shipping delays on its Inspiron notebooks. Dell's blaming delays on parts shortages and difficulty with the company's new painting process. Sure, the new bright colors look pretty in its marketing materials, but picking a pink or green model can lead to some serious frustration. 
Today Dell introduced the Precision M6300 mobile workstation for pros who need the ultimate in performance. Designed for artists, engineers and others that use demanding applications such as CAD, the M6300 is a true workhorse.

Dell customers are getting antsy as they wait for their XPS M1330 notebooks. Dell has started shipping some orders, but things are slow going as the company works through some new 'manufacturing processes.'
