While Facebook still hasn’t released an app for the iPad, there is a great solution for using Facebook on the iPad — Friendly. Friendly is a free iPad app which brings a touch friendly Facebook interface to the iPad.
Friendly offers users a well laid out and intuitive user interface which is leaps and bounds better than using Facebook in Safari on the iPad. The app allows you to interact with your friends via the wall, messages and even chat. You can also upload photos and write a note. You can also view photos full screen, swiping through them as you would in the built in photo app.
Friendly is free, if you want the basic version. If you are looking for a version without ads you can get Friendly Plus for just 99 cents.
