One of our favorite deal-a-day sites, Woot.com, has a nice laptop deal for you today. For $519 you’ll score a brand new Lenovo laptop sporting an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU running at 2.1GHz, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB HDD, and a 15.6†screen with a 1366×768 resolution. Probably the only real downside to this deal is that the computer comes with Windows Vista Home Premium, rather than the latest Windows 7 (though it should have no problem upgrading). Though you get a little added bonus with the WiFi which is a/g/n. WiFi n is the latest WiFi protocol which is faster and has longer range than previous a, b, or g protocols (though you’ll need a Wifi n equipped router to make use of this extra speed).
