iPhone and iPod Touch OS 3.1 Update is Out

If you own an iPhone or iPod Touch of any generation, you should be able to plug into your computer, launch iTunes, and be greeted with an update notification. iTunes will download and install the update to your device if you ask it to do so. You may need the latest version of iTunes (9) in order to see the availability of the update. The update is free for all iPhones, and free to any iPod Touch with at least update 3.0 already installed.
