Apple is having an online Black Friday sale, discounting MacBooks by up to $100. Apple is also selling discounted MacBook and iPod accessories. The Apple Airport Extreeme Base Station is marked down by $21 and iPods are discounted up to $31.
The cheapest Apple Macbook is discounted by $51 to $1,048 for Black Friday. The basic Macbook has a 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1GB of memory, 80GB hard drive and DVD-ROM/CD burner combo drive.
The mid-level Macbook is discounted by $101, bringing it down to $1,198 for Black Friday. The upgraded White Macbook comes with a 2.2GHz processor, 120GB hard drive and DVD burner.
The Black Macbook is discounted by $101 to $1,398 for Black Friday. It includes a 2.2GHz processor, 1GB of memory and DVD burner.
This is a nice little discount if you’re in need of a Apple right now. Apple rarely discounts hardware, but this is yet another indication that the company is going to release a new version of the MacBook in the coming months. If you can wait until January, hold off on buying the MacBook for now since Apple will probably be announcing a completely new version at MacWorld.
