The rumored Black Friday ad for Staples has leaked out and on the front cover are several Black Friday notebook deals; the cheapest of which is an un-named HP notebook that is just $299 after a $50 Staples Easy Rebate.

As we mentioned, the exact model was not leaked, but the deal is more than likely for an HP G60 model notebook. This particular model, the G60, will be the cheap laptop at many stores on Black Friday. Expect each store to have a slightly different model, indicated by change in the numbers following G60, and different hardware. For example, the rumored $299 HP notebook will look similar to the HP G60-530US currently available at Staples.com; but it will have a cheaper processor and smaller hard drive.

Like most of the $300 HP and Acer computers that have already been offered as part of Pre-Black Friday sales, expect a machine like this to handle web browsing, document editing, organizing your photos and other basic home tasks.

You don’t have to wait until Black Friday to get a Black Friday notebook deal. Amazon is rumored to be offering a cheap notebook deal today in order to combat the Hp Pavilion G60 that Walmart is selling for $298 in store.

There isn’t much known other than that the rumored notebook will be on sale at 4 PM PST (7 PM EST) on their Amazon Gold Box page which is rumored to feature several other specials in line with Walmart’s pre Black Friday sale going on today.

The rumored notebook is, 15.6-inch laptop w/250GB hard drive, 4GB of RAM and Windows 7 Home Premium but no price is yet known. Given the similarity thus far to the Walmart deal and the fact that at 12 PM PST Amazon is also rumored to be offering up a $99 Xbox 360 just like Walmart; expect to see some HP Pavilion G60 laptop with similar specs.

If the notebook comes equipped similar to the $298 HP Pavilion G60 on sale at Walmart today at a similar price; then it will be a good deal for someone looking for a computer to surf the web, store photos, create word documents and play light games (no first person shooters though).

Black Friday is starting early at Walmart this year. How early you ask; Saturday November 7th early!

That’s right this Saturday Walmart stores will offer the HP Pavilion G60-519WM Entertainment Laptop for $298 in stores while supplies last.  For $298 you get a 15.6″ screen, Intel Celeron processor, 3 GB of RAM, 250 GB hard drive and a Lightscribe DVD burner with Dual Layer support.

One thing to note is that this notebook uses an Intel Celeron processor rather than a faster dual-core or Core 2 duo processor; but it will handle everyday items like browsing the web, managing your photo collection and working on documents.

Just like last year’s Black Friday discounts on the HP G 60 series of notebooks this model number, 519WM, is exclusive to this discounted version of the HP G 60 notebooks. If you want to compare prices and specs you should look for similarly equipped HP Pavilion G 60 notebooks; rather than looking for the exact model at other retailers.

Similar notebooks at Walmart are in the $450 dollar range, and given the inclusion of Windows 7 and OK hardware, this deal is good for someone looking to do basic computing.
