The xTablet T8700 exceeds military specifications for ruggedness and its makers claim it has a lower total cost of ownership than non-ruggedized PCs In the below video, Conrad from RuggedPCReview demos how the XTablet T8700 still functions while holding it under water in his swimming pool. He takes it a step further and puts on his scuba gear to show that the tablet can withstand being fully submerged under a few feet of water.
