Apple iOS 4.1 Now Available
Apple announced the iOS 4.1 update for iPhone and iPod Touch models at the company’s press event last week. The update is currently available for select iPhone and iPod Touch models.
If you have an iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 or an iPod Touch 2nd generation or newer, connect your device and head over to iTunes to update your device to iOS 4.1. The iOS 4.1 update brings quite a few new features including:
- Game Center
- iTunes TV Show Rentals
- iTunes Ping
- HDR Photography
- HD Video Uploads
In addition to these new features, the iOS 4.1 update is also supposed to improve bluetooth stability, fix proximity sensor issues, and make the iOS 4 experience on the iPhone 3G a little quicker.
