It is called AudioNote. One advantage it has is that it is a universal app and can be used on iPhones/iPod Touches. They have a lite version of it that is free that is meant only to evaluate whether or not you want to pay $5 for the full app. It limits recordings to 10 minutes in this demo version, which is good enough to understand whether or not you like it. Unfortunately, SoundNote has no lite version, so there is no way to try before you buy.
