One issue I am having is with the DVD tray not opening or just opening part way and with a rough movement. I am taking it back to Best Buy to have them look at it. Otherwise, love the speed of all of the systems, I like the full size keypad, and the mushy feel is not a problem for me. It's light, compact, but felt more sturdyoverall than other notebooks in it's class. I am a teacher who just purchased this computer and am so far happy with it.
