Here is a YouTube video from Ethanin1970 of the new iPhone OS 4.0 multitasking feature.
My initial reaction is that I am not crazy about how to engage it; the user has to double push the Home key. I have a feeling this will get problematic, but to be honest I cannot think of a better way without adding a hardware button.
