Newegg Starts Black Friday Early; Acer Netbook for $189.99

NeweggdealBFNewegg just sent out an email leaking” their Black Friday promotions this year with the big news being that the deals start on Wednesday at 3 PM PST (6 PM ET) with additional doorbusters including a”6 Cell Battery Netbook” being released at 6AM PST (9 AM ET) on Black Friday.

The sales starting tomorrow include;

  • $19.99 Motorola Unlocked Cell Phone
  • $99.99 LG Blu-Ray Disc Player
  • Free AVG internet Security (after MIR)

And on Friday you can score a 6 cell battery netbook for $189.9 9 and a Tom Tom GPS for just $59.99.

Other specials at Newegg include a Black Friday Shell Shocker countdown with 7 Super-Hot deals” starting at 12 AM on November 25th and $15 off of Windows 7 professional right now with coupon code EMCMMNR01” for 32bit and EMCMMNR02” for 64 bit. Newegg will also make a special announcement to all email subscribers tomorrow morning with more deals.

The teaser email didn’t identify the netbook in question, but it does show an Acer netbook next to the description which means it is likely a special on the Acer Aspire One AOD250-1613 which has an Intel Atom N280 processor, 1 GB of Ram, a 160 GB hard drive and ships with Windows XP and an Android operating system. We can’t be certain that this will be the exact Acer Aspire One for sale on Friday, but it is one of the few currently listed Acer netbooks with a 6 cell battery.
