Was told by Dell Support, the function key behavior can be changed in BIOS. Please confirm that?

Anyway, I am from Malaysia, where 14z is not available, but we have 14, which include card reader and dvd writer. The major difference is the graphic we using is ATI, and 6 cells battery.
