For most people, $60 for 5 GB of data may not be worth it, especially if they end up going over the cap and have to pay overage fees. On the other hand, mobile broadband netbooks make great deals for people who were going to get broadband cards anyway. Since they were going to already be locked into a contract and accepted that, getting a subsidized netbook is a heck of a deal. While I won&#039;t make the full argument here (it&#039;d be too long), that&#039;s the gist of it. I explain it in more detail here:
