I think that I'm probably their heaviest user so far, on both VZW MiFi and GSM MiFi. IMO, the VZW MiFi is much more solid, but I'm sure that Novatel will release a FW upgrade for the 2352 soon. The battery life on the VZW MiFi is 4 hours, as promised, where I get less than an hour on the 2352. It's not an issue, because I'm using a Tekkeon MP1800 battery, but between the unit switching from GPRS to HSUPA, and it running continuously -- I don't think it's possible to get 4 hours of battery life out of it. It could be just my unit though, or my battery. So far, thanks to Vodafone's unlimited plan, I've clocked more than 15GB's in 3-4 days, so I guess you could say I'm a heavy user :-) I love the 2352.
