Microsoft Bing TV Commercial (video)

Microsoft is getting ready to kick off a massive television commercial campaign to launch Bing.com, the company’s new search engine. Here’s the first ad in the series.

The first ad starts off with a montage of YouTube videos and images of the financial collapse.

“We don’t need queries and keywords if they bring back questions and confusion”

I really don’t like this ad because it’s confusing and doesn’t do a good job of clearly explaining the benefits of Bing. The tagline with an exclamatory Bing! sounds awkward.

Microsoft is spending $100 million to promote Bing, which will competes with Google, Yahoo, Ask and other search engines.

Interesting, but it could be confused with an ad for Dell! There were two closeups of Dell logos in there!
