Dell Inspiron Mini 10 Video Review

Even though the Mini 10 has been out for a while now, it’s still a significant contributor in the netbook market. Jason Dunn of Digital Home Thoughts takes a close look at the Mini 10 and runs through what he thinks are the pros and cons. In the end, however, Jason prefers his HP Mini1000. Pros:

- Well built

- Nice keyboard

- Decent battery life from 3-cell battery

- Well featured

- Newer Mini 10 models feature higher resolution screens

- Extended 6-cell battery available

- Color choices sets it apart from most other netbooks

Cons:

- RAM not ugradeable beyond 1GB

- GMA500 Graphics engine does not render video very well

- New 10v does not yet have high resolution option

- New 10v has decreased hard drive capacity (down to 120GB)
