Looks a lot like my Key Tronic WritePAL. It plugs into a serial port, and is powered by sharing the keyboard's port. It comes with an AT adapter to use with an AT keyboard, and although it doen't have 5 1/4" floppy for drivers, it does have 3 1/2" floppy disks with drivers and software for both Windows 95, and for Windows 3.1.

(Thanks for the stroll down "Memory Lane" for today.)
