Thanks again for writing this article. One thing that I really like about the Apple Store is that it gives consumers the opportunity to try the full range of Apple’s notebooks.

Unfortunately, very few consumers ever get to see other manufacturers’ top of the line notebooks.

This is a great and extensive write up. I think current Apple customers and those thinking about purchasing one during the upcoming holiday season should read this.

Apple has proven that they stand behind their products in a big way and by giving their employees the authority and tools they need to help customers they have successfully provided a back bone of support that blows away most customer service experiences.
