New MacBook Multi-Touch Touchpad Demo

| October 21, 2008 | 2 Comments

Last week Apple introduced a new touchpad that is void of any traditional mouse buttons. Instead, the entire touchpad is the button. The new MacBook’s recognizes more gestures than previous versions since it recognizes up to four of fingers at a time.

James, from jkOnTheRun, gives a nice demo of the new MacBook’s multi-touch gestures are “revolutionizing” the way that he works with a MacBook. This is the first notebook James has ever owned that he’s never used a mouse with.

I’m currently using a slightly older MacBook Pro that recognizes gestures with up to three fingers and find the feature incredibly useful as well.
