Now having problems with the network card among other issues also! Their Tech support sucks too.Nobody contacts me back for nothing via email, phone or reg mail. This SUCKS! I will never buy an HP ever again and will tell everyone I know and meet to NOT buy HP! I just bought the HDX 16 fully loaded with vista Ultimate 64 bit, had two months and have had to send it back once already for a bad MOBO.
