I considered having it replaced by www.ipodjuice.com... however, after adding up the total cost for getting the phone back in the shortest-possible period, it was close to a $70 ($20 battery replacement, $29 for shipping it to them, plus at least another $20 for the return shipment)... the difference in price compared to Apple's battery replacement program was not substantial enough ($85.95). Apple guarantees you have your phone back in 3 business days, and when I dropped off my phone at an Apple Store, they gave me a new replacement phone and I was done in 30 minutes. Not sure if that happens in all stores, but at least it's worth considering if you need your phone back fast and you live close to an Apple store.
