Lol eating your words now? Kindle 3–free 3g, shit-ton of books, wifi, they’re planning on an app store and they’ve already got three games. I read all the time and several books at once so once i get the money this thing will fit in my shorts and allow me to read several books at once without the weight.

Completely agree with every single thing stated.

It really makes me wonder. They claim they will replace newspapers but everything I’d want to read is already on my iPod touch, albeit a smaller screen. Not like I’d pay $400 just to scroll less often and lug a giant frisbee around. Yes I would like to claim credit as the man who likens the Kindle to a Frisbee.

Associated Press, NY Times, Bloomberg, WSJ.. it’s all on the iPod already. And it can be downloaded and read on a subway train or w/e.

And as far as replacing textbooks… yeah ok, I don’t even think that needs to be explained.
