In contrast the the Herald-Tribune ads that said &quot;lowest rates from Europe!!&quot; the fees were $1.00 per minute.  The customer rep said - I kid you not, this is a quote - &quot;we can charge you whatever we want.&quot;

Gee I&#039;m glad AT&amp;T is back and gathering monopoly power again.  Let&#039;s be sure to support the anti-network neutrality legislation.</description>
