Sony Refreshing Notebooks w/Centrino Pro

Sony VAIO FZ Notebook

Sony is refreshing several of its stylish VAIO notebooks with more powerful specs and features.Yet to be officially announced, many of the notebooks will run on Intel’s Santa Rosa platform.

A spec sheet for one configuration, the Sony VAIO FZ19V, features an Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 (2MB cache, 1.8GHz, 800MHz FSB) processor, two gigs of memory, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, dual-layer DVD burner and 120GB hard drive.

The FZ series is expected to ship in July.
