You should be ashamed ....... this customer was so confused as to why no1 would help her. I felt so bad for her, she was referred to my dept and we could not help where it was YOUR oem software on her pc. I know now NEVER to buy a gateway and beleive me I work for one of the biggest companies....BIGGER than u.....I will let everyone know about ur customer service and how shitty it is, excuse my language.</description>

I have purchased a notebook from gateway for their name and customer service record for them to sell me off to mpc corporation. i am about to send my notebook in for the 5th time for the same repair with mpc and get jacked around with them. i bought a gateway product for gateway service, not for them to not honor their warrenty repair and sell me to a shitty company. there are lots of people in this area that will never buy gateway again because of this. my home computer has since switched brands too.</description>
