Notebooks w/Vista Can Have Multiple Displays

Here’s a great video of Microsoft’s auxiliary LCD for notebooks that run Vista It’s sort of like the external LCDs on most clamshell mobile phones, but with a lot more functionality, that makes it possible to play music, check email, your calendar and read RSS feeds without opening your notebook or burning through your battery when you just want to listen to music. The system also features a cursor and seems to hold a lot of potential, especially for road warriors. If you don’t want to wait for Vista, some people have taped PocketPC’s to the top lids of thier notebooks, and modified their systems to essentially have the same functions.
